There is a really neat art exhibit in the Netherlands by Eva and Franco Mattes (aka 0100101110101101.ORG) called "It’s Always Six O’Clock". The use a lot of action figures and other toys to make an apparent commentary on the futility of marketing or something high-falutin’ thing like that. Just ask Mickey Mouse.
