This line came out in 1989 as a Kenner tie-in to the much lampooned Kevin Costner film. Of interest to Super Powers fans (and customizers) is that Kenner re-used Super Powers molds for almost every character (All the heads were newly sculpted. In fact there are two different Costner heads, but that's another story). They also re-used Star Wars molds for the vehicles and playset. There was a second assortment planned and sculpted that included more variations, Maid Marion and King Richard (Sean Connery!) If memory serves, these were mostly new sculpts, but it was possible that some more Super Powers molds were reused. Here is the run down as to who is what: Robin Hood- Green Arrow; Azeem- Green Arrow; Friar Tuck- Star Wars Gammorean Guard!; Little John- Hawkman; Will Scarlett- Robin; Sheriff of Nottingham- Lex Luthor; Dark Warrior- Hawkman.
