Great toy. Too bad the quality control at Mattel sux as dose the customer support at MattyCollector.
I only wish MP or Toniomani (sp) had the licence.
Blazing sword figure is awesome. Again, only issue is quality control.

I've been getting 3 sets of each lion and figure. At best 2/3 have damage in scuffs, black marks on white areas and/or bad paint (litterly outside the lines)

They made the arms too long. The guy should have been a bit smaller to be better in scale as Voltron.

Great review. I was wondering if the pilots would fit inside their respective lions, as that is a large part of Voltron's appeal. Seems like Mattel will make fans very happy with this line.

looks like Mattel finaly figured out how to do Voltron the way he was ment as a toy make the pilots look like the original star wars figures and the lions like cool and not almost hard to figure out how to connect them all. plus the blazing sword is another reason once together Voltron will be one cool figure better almost then the original version. hope mattel does the the same with a robo beast

Looks like Mattel figured out how to do a good 3-3/4" figure. Lance looks really nice.

Still, a shame Mattycollector isn't selling the pilots separately. :-(
