He was wearing that costume before getting the ring. I guess they decided to just add the logo since they had only just given him a new look and probably saw no need to change it again.

Thanks for the info, guys. I didn’t *really* think Harley could earn a ring, just thought it would be neat to see her costume in black and yellow so I included her because of that.

the scarecrow got a ring but got stopped even though he would be perfect for the corps given he is the master of fear. Harley quin is more comedy relief so no yellow ring. joker some vilian in another story stated that no one wants to work with the joker because he is too nuts plus the bat office no doubt had him off limits to use else where as always

Give the Joker a yellow ring, and he’d most likely take his unique brand of humor straight to Sinestro. I bet they’d try to kill him or take back his ring.

Harley does not inspire fear, so she could never earn a yellow ring.

That would have been awesome to see but it’s so hard for me to picture the Joker with a ring. I think he’d be just as likely to turn around and stab me with it haha. Now Bane or the Riddler I could see having a ring.

Where/when did Hal intervene with Scarecrow? I remember seeing Batman’s rejected ring go to Crane, but never did see what happened after that. Was it in a Bat-book? (I don’t get those.)

If anything, I think Harley would have gotten a Sapphire ring, being rejected by Mistah J and all.

I think Joker would have laughed it off if he had gotten one.

Scarecrow was offered a ring but Hal and John intervened and condemned the ring before he was able to claim it and escape Arkham.

Harley is a bit more of a clown menace then she is frightening and hew use in the new GOtham CIty Sirens book with Catwoman and Ivy so I would think that would keep her off the table.

I know the Joker subject has been broached (not in a book I don’t think but in interviews at least) and he is “off the table” until the Batman storyline resolves.
