Today sees the release of the next set of HeroClix for players and collectors to get. This time WizKids gives us a collection of Avengers and classic Avengers villains while mixing in a few surprises here and there. Speaking of surprises, as with the last several sets, unlisted “chase” figures have been found mixed in. Sold in 5 figure blind boxed booster packs, these are now available at many fine gaming stores.

It was a Hercules centric crossover and yet…no Hercules clix?
huh?
Brain, the name of the set was originally “Mighty Avengers”. Someone, somewhere decided it was too close in name to the Avengers Movie set that was also in development (and has been out for a few months). If you look at the character selection as Mighty Avengers, it makes more sense. As for Hercules himself, we just got him in the Incredible Hulk set which came out in January.
I should have mentioned that the Fast Forces pack (6 piece window box) includes Mocking Bird and Scarlet Witch who are not in the main set proper and that the Gravity Feed set (10 single boosters) includes Ultron to go with the Ultron Drone in the set above.
