Paul Kirk was a fairly easy custom, he was made using a DCUC Red Tornado, I removed the cape, puttied the arrow on his head, and handed him over to my customizing partner ReverseJack, who gave him that snazzy paint job!

Ever think of selling this guy… let me know. This is the best use of a Red Tornado I’ve ever seen.
