Bruce Wayne was made from a Gotham City Thug with the head of the rare, chase Bruce Wayne variant Batman. I used random LOTR hands and sculpted the tie.

"Bank Robbery" Joker was made from a Gotham City Thug. I sanded down and sculpted the head and hair, removed the tie, and added the gun from a ML4 Punisher. The suit has since been painted a lighter grey and looks MUCH better!

CREDITS:  A completely different recipe, but 100% inspired by the version done by KRAFTYWERKS a few years ago. (Krafty’s been MIA for awhile…Where are you,J–?)

I had done a prior version using the same head but with a ML Captain America body/Wolverine arms a few years ago, but thought the 4H Supes sculpt worked better for Doc…with the DCD head, I hope it’s reminescent of John Byrne’s take on the character.

On Earth-2, Richard Grayson (the original Robin) eventually succeeded Batman as a member of the Justice Society. As an adult, the Earth-2 Robin continued the battle against crime, wearing an updated uniform until finally giving up his life during the final battle against the Anti-Monitor.

 The Earth-2 Robin figure originally began as (surprise, surprise) a DCUC Batman. I removed the original Batman head and replaced it with one from a DC Direct "Rebirth" Hal Jordan Green Lantern. The belt is taken from a DC Direct Silver Age Batman figure while the collar is trimmed material from a spare Justice League Unlimited Batman cape. The mask and hair were sanded down and then reworked with Magic Sculpt. The rest is just a simple bit of paint!

Sure, the costume is outrageously goofy, but that’s part of the appeal. And, while there’s no chance of him being intimidating in person, it does let the Earth-2 Robin shine as a fun action figure on the toy shelf.

Martian Manhunter is a DCSH Bizarro base with a DCSH Superman cape and a SOTA Street Fighter Guile head. The straps are leather and the collar is a toothpaste tube. Everything else is apoxie sculpt. I made the fatal mistake of finishing him with Krylon Matte Finish spray… so now he’s a sticky dust magnet. Oh well, the deadline’s here so no time to try to fix and repaint him!

This GREEN LANTERN has been also inspired by the new DCUC series 3 figures.

I used Vallejos Game Color Sick Green, Testors Model Masters Flat White, Flat Black.

The Fisherman is an enemy of Aquaman, a thief who specializes in stealing hi-tech equipment, then selling it on the black market. He utilizes specialized lures and a fishing rod as weapons.

This figure was a must-have.  Pop off Supergirl’s head, and carefully cut off the hard rubber hair from the head.  Using a hacksaw, cut the figure at the top of the skirt.  Remove the head, limbs, collar, & hips from Harley Quinn, leaving just the logo free torso.  Use sculpting putty to fill the base of Supergirl’s skirt and mold a waist joint to join the Torso.  Paint and attach the arms from Catwoman.  Finally, carefully remove the rubber hair/wig from OMWF buffy; paint, and reattach to Supergirl’s head.

Swapped out the DCSH Catwoman head for the Hush one - had to mod the neck a bit to get the Hush CW head to go on and look right.

Swapped out the DCSH CW arms with a pair from a DCUC Harley Quinn - had to cut off the pegs on the CW and use small screws to get the HQ arms on correctly. Cut off HQ’s hands just behind the wrists, installed small screws and put on the DCSH CW’s hands.

Then used Citadel Black (my fave black) to paint the red arm black - the Citadel has a soft matte finish that matches the black of the DCSH CW purrrrfectly (couldn’t resist) - and BAM! Sexy Catwoman!
