My second Major figure came in yesterday. I did this one in WW2 Officer's uniform.

I have all 3 of these now. The head on the middle one rotates a little, maybe a sixteenth of an inch in either direction, the other 2 are locked in place.

One of my favorite playsets was my Astrolite. I used it as a base for my Matt Masons and Outer Space Men, so when I got some of the 4H OSM, I had to get it out and take some pics, and while I was doing that I thought why not take a couple of shots with my Lords of Light, so I guess now this makes them the Lords of Astrolite...

That thing looks amazing! Had to look it up, had never heard of or even seen parts from one before these photos... I don't buy a lot in the way of vintage toys but this may go on the list...

Yeah, saw those... Nice. Don't worry, though, won't be bidding against you (at least not this time), got a few other things to prioritize first...

Just a quick test shot.

I want more apes for my PotA, so I did a little research into the orangutans. For the most part they look the same, with subtle differences not being that noticeable at this scale. The one identifying feature I noticed was the differences in the shoulder pads, with one in particular having no embossing on his pads but having dark brown trim, so I decided to start my experiment there.

The spaceship came with the original AMSCO PotA playset. I found a good image on line, printed it out and assembled it, on the left. Then I enlarged it and made the one on the right. I am working on a larger one more in scale for the astroape figure in wave 2.
