Gah! 5" scale! Might get some Daleks though.

Wait, these are UK-only no doubt... the show hasn't managed to find a network in the US yet has it?

Yeah, not a fan of the 5" scale myself, but I suppose it's an easier scale to create vehicles and playsets for.

The Daleks, though, will be both 5" and 12" scale! Not bad... I love their new look!

I can live with the 5" scale but I'd be happier with 6" and ecstatic with 3.75"! (Just imagine a horde of Daleks wiping out an army of Cobra BATs. The fanboy in my shudders with glee.)

At least we're getting new Doctor Who figures that look MUCH better than the older Dapol stuff. Of course, that was also 1:18 scale...

Now if I could only get my hands on some good DVD's of the series!

You know, I never realized that the old Dapol figures were 1:18 scale. Now I can live out my ultimate geek fantasies by having the Doctor behind the wheel of my 1:18 Batmobile!

Kidding, kidding.... well, okay, maybe not.

Man, as ugly as those Dapol figures were, I'm still tempted to grab some from time to time.
