I've been wondering about this, too, but the only place I've seen series 2 is Wal-Mart, and there are just so many POTC figures left on the shelves. But you can say the same thing about Green Lantern and Thor, etc. I wish more people bought these things so we can get some new stuff!

I would say, hope for the best, but don't hold your breath.

I never even really saw the second wave, except at one Walmart I saw one figure that was all torn up so I didn't buy it. Otherwise, I have the first wave, nothing else has ever hit the pegs and the pegs are still full.

Large figures now on clearance at TRU for 6.98-- With the current additional 25% off Clearance sale- I was able to pick up some ~ 5.23 a piece...

The second wave of deluxe figures is out (been out for a few weeks, keep forgetting to post while online, thanks for bumping this, Jason). The missionary with the mermaid tank (which we'll probably never get the mermaid to go in it...), Blackbeard with canons and (I think) a Jack with a small boat. Found at Walmart.
