I have a talking Piccolo and talking Goku action figures. They have 1999 printed on the bottom of the feet and B.S./S.T.A Licensed by fun on the back. Can anybody tell me anything about them? Are they rare? I can't find anything online about them online.

Pictures would help, if you have any. As a fellow DBZ fan, I can say that they're probably not overly rare, DBZ was everywhere in 1999.

If you post some pictures I should be able to help identify them. I'm having trouble thinking of any talking Piccolo figures released in America around 1999 though, unless you're referring to the Walkie Talkie set released by MGA Entertainment.
