I couldn't find a thread here and I didn't know where else to ask. Has anyone had success with straightening or flattening a cardback? I had my 2006 TMNT figs in a less than desirable storage area and the top few inches of the packaging has curled. I know this is a big deal for MOC retail collectors too, so what can be done?

Well there are two options. First the obvious. Find a clean surface, lay the figure flat and then put a stack of heavy books on top and that should hopefully work.
If not there is option two which is a very controversial thing amongst comic collectors, don't know about the action figure community though. It basically involves using heat to smooth out wrinkles and flatten a comic. It will also work on action figures. Just google "Comic Pressing" and you'll find video's and info about how to do it.
I would recommend first practicing on an old magazine before you do it on your action figures though!
