Ok so now and then I go to browse eBay and I looked up young justice and I saw alot of loose figures but with no accessories and I was curious if anyone knew how/why they have the figures with no accessories

Depending on what ebay sellers you are looking at they maybe overseas sellers that are getting the figures out of the factories or selling the factory rejects. Oftentimes those sellers don't include the accessories.

Could also be people buying them only for the Hall of Justice pieces.

That would not explain the smaller pieces being absent unless the seller is either irresponsible or careless, or has other uses for the accessories, such as putting them on JLU figures.

Could also be that a big chunk of the "extras" are just junk. Like Superboys bent car muffler. Or Vandals rock. Or KFs bag of "fast food". At least Canarys made some sense. Although on the bright side, what they do include isn't basically just rubber like the Thundercats pieces.

So Vandals meteorite which is the reason for him having his powers doesnt make any sense?

That would be a question of scale. In one cartoon it was depicted as being the size of a house and he slept under it for shelter. Admittedly not practical for a packout. If in this version he stumbled on it and hung it around his neck like Luthor did the Kryptonite, then ok.
