I found this on a blog... no information aside from John Constantine Action figure...
So since he's not a Time Lord or comes with a Dalek... I know nothing about it... Meaning the only toy I can claim to know like the back of my hand is Doctor Who stuff... so I come here asking for help because I would really like this to be real!

Looks like a custom. Jacket appears to be from a ML Gambit and the street light (just the light) is from a McFarlane accessory pack meant for Jack the Ripper.

To my knowledge there hasn't been any DC/Vertigo figures offered with any kind of diorama or display piece aside from the Arabian Nights Sandman box set.

My guess would be custom as well...
