What are the heaviest playset / figures ever made?

Meaning, GI Joe made an Aircraft carrier.
In real life, it would weigh 94,000 tons

I have seen once a Unicron Prime.
Did they make a death star?

Voltron lions assembled weight?
Transformers devastator?
Other Transformers multi-figures assembled?

Again, not it's real life toy weight but "in-show" weight?

Mattel's BvS 4 story Wayne Manor/ Batcave would be pretty heavy. Fisher Price put out some huge mansions for their 1/18 scale Loving Family line, one of which I am converting into the X Mansion. Opened out it is almost 4 feet long and 3 stories high. Kenner's Millennium Falcon was pretty big.
