We saw these last month from the London Toyfair. I'm hoping for some US surprises from Underground Toys.
The roleplay items, like the personal TARDIS and the Temporal Sonic Screwdriver didn't seem to go over too well. Everyone seems concerned with 'Screen Accuracy' and since these are items that aren't geared for Series 7 this year... they are simply made up for the roleplaying line.
I personally think that's awesome!
I'd like to see more outside the box thinking from Character Options. I've always said I don't think they are the greatest toy company... but after seeing what Mattel is like, I'd have to say they're no better or worse than anyone else.
Although to their credit every year they show some improvement in marketing and products.
There were some awesome new Character Building items which hopefully will pop up in the next few days at the US Toy Fair.
