I just don't "get" Family Guy. Everything about the show annoys me.

I don't like the visual style. I don't like its sense of humor. I don't like the characters. I don't like the voices.

I just don't "get" the appeal.

Sorry bnj, can't solve that one for you. You either like it or you don't. My wife and I were big fans until it got too political about things. We were kind of hoping that when American Dad was created he'd use that show to preach his and the rest of the staff's politics, but he went a different direction. Now we find ourselves enjoying that one a bit more. Anyway, like I said above, you either like it or you don't. Nothing wrong if you don't

i thought the first three seasons were hilarious and i still watch them and enjoy them as much as i always have. once they resurrected the show, it pretty much sucked.

The best part of the show used to be the pointless vinettes in the middle of the story, or the total absurdity of some stuff- although I will admit I only watch it on DVD- and although have the 2 newest releases-- havent watched them yet..

This is my favorite show of all time and it's still going strong in my opinion.

I think a lot of the people who don't like it got offended by it at one time or another.

What's different between these and the ones that TRU sells now?

Different Scale, Different Company--

Best of all they pretty much mesh with the World of Springfield line..
