The new art style is probably so that they can make the episodes faster and cheaper. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like the series got off the ground pretty fast. I mean, for some reason I remember Green Lantern taking almost 2 years to get on the air, and Young Justice burning through episodes faster than they could make them. So you know... not saying I prefer this style over the old one, just that they may be looking for a quicker turnover (ala MAD or South Park.) Then again, they could be going after the Tiny Titans crowd.

I'm actually liking the bright neon colors. These would make good figures if in the style of Jazwares' NickToons toys

Not thrilled with this new direction. But I'm not a six year old boy, so what do I know?

the Pie Song was awesome.
It was nice to have a recognizable cast with all the old voices, but the new direction is definitely a bit on the lighter humorous side.
I'll add it to the DVR, but I don't think I'll be too terribly put out if I miss an episode.

My kids loved the show. It was pretty entertaining.
They watched it twice and were dancing and singing along with the new theme song.
My wife thought it was cute.
And really it is for the kids as much as I would have loved for them to do a Season 6 of the previous Teen Titans cartoon.

Sadly, my BF who is not a geek like us told me this weekend "You know, I actually do miss that Green Lantern and Young Justice show you used to watch"

According to an article at Toy News International JAZWARES will be doing toys based on the Teen Titans Go Cartoon.

Jazzwares is cool for toys, but I would still rather ImagiNext to do them. I suppose there is some random chance that Jazzwares could mimic the scale and articulation of my favorite kiddie figures but I really doubt it. Perhaps, I'm still waiting for ImagiNext to be popular enough to inspire knock offs. I'd buy a season set of an even less than enjoyable Teen Titans Go if they'd put out ImagiNext toys.

I caught the first episode. It wasn't horrible. It wasn't as good as the last, but I'd watch it. I'd like to see more. I'd share this with my daughter when she starts watching TV. No, it isn't the same, but it's fun enough for what it is.
