It's been quite awhile since I reviewed a Simpsons action figure, and I've been waiting for the new figures from Mcfarlane with great anticipation. I picked up the first playset this week, based on the Treehouse of Horror episode and called 'Ironic Punishment'. The set includes a demon figure, along with Homer and an interesting action feature.

The set isn't perfect, but it's a good first attempt. I had some issues, but I'm betting some of these are corrected with the actual figures released in the first full wave later this year. It's a good price, with a nifty action feature, so Simpsons fans should give it a gander. You can find all the reviews at the usual:
