A few months ago, I saw these really wierd but cool figures at KMART. They were like 12 inch gi joes but had the heads of dogs. Im not sure if there were any with heads of a cat but it would make sense. I dont know what the line was called...DOG SOLDIERS maybe? There was also a scientist that resembled Max Steele with a goatee. He wore a white lab coat. Anyways, if anyone has any info, please lmk. Thanks
