I've met him once before when I was at Disney, but I just ran into him in the lobby and got to shake his hand and talk to him for a little while.

You just hob-knobbed with a living legend, and it's cool!?!

I had the immense pleasure of meeting both Harryhausen and Forry Akkerman a couple of years ago at a screening of King Kong over here in the UK.

I think that I may have freaked Harryhausen out by geeking out. Still, he was nice enough to sign a couple of items and have a chat about the lack of stop-motion tech these days.

It was a VERY cool day
