Aela the huntress is a great companion since she uses her bow mainly so she will stay out of your way most of the time so you don't accidentally kill her

Stenvar is a beast. I gave him a set of enchanted ebony armor and he just goes insane. He just rushes into battle and does all the work. I follow his trail of destruction and just loot the bodies.

So I was out sick yesterday, took advantage of it.

I've got my Daedra armor up to like a 500 rating now.

When I get moved here in about a month, I'm taking like 3 days and doing nothing but playing this game again.

Man I haven't touched it in months now after playing it pretty much every day. I'm planning on getting back into this summer a little bit. At this point though, I don't think there's any battle in the game that would give me trouble. My magic is just too powerful.

New DLC for it coming in June! Very excited.

I might restart from scratch once I get the new content.

I'm thinking about doing this too. But like Joel said, my guy is freaking insane.

I had to restart once and I did things quite a bit the same. So when the DLC comes out I may start over and do some things differently (such as the dark brotherhood, etc). I may try to get the two to sign the treaty, etc.

Note: If you do start over, I'd do a quick google search for "Major Glitches" because not all of them have been fixed. I'd make sure to get those things out early so it doesn't screw you over later.

About 2 more weeks and I'm going to start pouring time back into this game.

I had a friend pick it up recently which made me get back into it and it's been fun. I finally started the thieves guild story and I accidentally started the dark brotherhood as well.

I do think I'm going to start over and try to be noble with my character. No blatant murders or anything. We'll see.

I don't try to murder people, but when a dragon lands in a town and I'm fighting, people usually start fighting me too because they get in the way and my magic hurts them. In fact, I accidentally killed one of the my followers yesterday with chain lightning and didn't even realize it.

LMAO. Yeah, that sucks.

I may also keep playing my current guy and just not wear my awesome armor. Just wear normal stuff so I'm not as God like. That should make the game a bit harder.

I do love my archery skills though.

Well I just blew through the Thieves Guild quests in a couple of days. It really turned out a lot cooler than I thought it would. And I've since taken a similar challenge to make the game tougher. I'm going to try and be an archer exclusively, only using my magic when I need to, especially after

Spoiler: show
I got the awesome Nightingale bow from Karliah when I got towards the end of the TG quests.

There's really nothing on the game I run into now that can stand up to my magic abilities for very long.

Also,
Spoiler: show
the power I got from Nocturnal is pretty sweet. Makes me wish I had done the TG quests much earlier in the game

By the way, I'm not sure if we need the spoiler tags, but I don't want to ruin something for someone who hasn't done that part of the game yet. It's been out for 7 months now and I just got through this part so I don't want to ruin the surprise for someone who is working on a different part of the game.

I appreciate the tags, still.

While I've done most of the TG and Companion quests, I know next to nothing about the Arcane and Brotherhood Quests. So keep up with the tags.
