Seems there is quite a few of us on the list here. Was wondering if there would be any interest in forming a local network of sorts. I cover the Arlington/Mansfield and Grand Prairie area fairly often, and some parts of the Mid-Cities. But, i never get up towards North Dallas or anywhere in Ft. Worth. There's a lot of area to cover and a lot of times the new waves hit one area and not the other, thought maybe some of us could help each other out. Shoot me a PM if interested.

Probably old news to most, but this is only the second time i've seen the Waller/Blackhawk/Superfriends 3-packs in the Arlington/Mansfield/Grand Prairie area. There were several at the Super Target off 287 & Debbie Ln. in Mansfield as of last night. Since they seem to be limited in my immediate area, i thought someone may still be looking for them.

I found the new JLU 3-packs in McKinney (121/Custer) yesterday and the JLU 6-packs at the West Plano Target this morning.

Glad to see they're hitting the metroplex. I'll check a few of the Targets around here tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up.

Wow, i got lucky and found the new JLU 6-packs at the first place i looked this morning. They still had 1 Eclipso and 2 Thanagarian left after i got my set. This was the Target in Hurst at 121 and Precinct Line Rd.

Well, here's one way to get Wave 11. I stopped by the Walmart by my house after a New Year's Eve party at about 2:30 this morning to see if they had put anything out. Pallets of toys were lined up in the aisle but they hadn't put anything on the shelf yet........ so i helped them out a little . Actually my wife did, she took the case down and tore into it to reveal Wave 11..... luckily it was on top. The case had the whole wave minus the SP Steppenwolf and Deadman variant, plus WGSH Batman, Superman, and Flash.

I'm jealous, Bill. Which Walmart was this? I've not seen any wave 11 In my local Targets. I've not been in any Walmarts recently. I wonder why Walmarts are getting these before Targets? The Targets I've been in have had Black Canary, Hawkgirl, Hawkman, green Parademon, Dr. Fate, Captain Cold.

It was the one in far SW Arlington off Little Rd. & Hwy 287. This is also the Walmart that my wife found Wave 10 for me just a couple weeks ago. Targets here haven't gotten much new in a long time. I managed to find a couple figures from Wave 8 & 9 at a couple of the Targets around here and that's about it.

Hi Casket, good to have you here. Congrats on finding the newest 6-packs... they are getting pretty scarce around here it seems. Were you able to get them at the clearance price? kcbstuff1 is right, i am looking for the red SP Steppenwolf if you come across one. Is there anything in particular that you are looking for?

Hey there peoples, I am in the DFW area so I thought I'd drop by in this thread.

I'm one of those collectors who mostly just buys their favorite characters, so I often pass on a lot in certain waves (so you don't have to worry about me snatching up a whole wave ;p). My main interests right now are Mattel's DCUC, DCIH, and B:tB&tB Action League. But sometimes I see something else that strikes my fancy.

I've spotted DCUC Wave 11 at my local Walmart, the one in Garland on Northwest Hwy and Marketplace. Didn't take any so some of it may still be there.

I am on the hunt for a Wave 10 Beast Boy, somehow I missed (or my Walmarts missed) this wave so if you know of any that still have it I'd be grateful. :]

Welcome bluecat. Glad to have you. I know some may not like sharing information about the locations they find stuff at due to the reason you posted above (snatching up a whole wave, etc.) but i figure the metroplex is a large area to cover and there's probably not too much overlap on the stores we all check, at least not from those of us on this forum anyway. I feel the benefits of us all helping one another far outweigh any negatives.

Funny you mention B:B&B Action League. I have just now started paying attention to them and i kinda like them. Seems like they don't have a very big following on here though. I haven't picked up any yet but i may give them a shot soon.

I wish you had popped in here sooner. I came across a Beast Boy the other day but left it on the shelf because someone here had already found me one. It was the only one i lacked to complete wave 10. If i get a chance in the next couple days i'll run by and see if it's still there (doubtful, but you never know).
