Hi guys, just in the light of the super successful cast-promoted Veronica Mars movie Kickstarter(they needed $2 million dollars and now they are near 3 million!), anyone thinks the Justice League Unlimited show could be brought back if there's enough fan interest or support? On the tv.com theres even a poll on what show would you like to bring back using the same method. Anyone knows if Bruce Timm would be interested? Is that not even remotely possible? any thoughts are welcome

A show would be impossible (Star Trek: Enteprise tried the same thing and failed miserably) but it could possibly work for a DTV. The thing is, that we shouldn't HAVE to kick in money for it. People have been clamouring for one for a long time and DC keeps giving us DTVs for things we don't care about or even want to see. DC seems to have a new policy about resurrecting dead kids shows and has been sticking to that pretty fiercely. I don't think they'd want to do it even if we could raise the money.

Edit: Teen Titans Go is a welcome exception. But I don't think that would have happened without the success of the DC Nation shorts. I think our best bet right now would be to petition DC Nation for new Gotham Girls or Harley and Ivy shorts and see how successful they are with fans. JLU movies might be a tough sell otherwise.

Plus the veronica mars thing had the backing and approval of the studio- who said if they raise the money they would distribute it...

I dont see WB greenlighting it at all..
