I just saw the trailer yesterday. It looks pretty good.

I was sent a link on Facebook just a few minutes ago. Looks like this will be the follow up to the JL:War coming out soon.

... and after watching it again, I have to say that Damian is much more of an "anime-ish" character in style and voice than I would've expected.

Haven't seen a release date for it, but the trailer ends with a "buy the BluRay or Digital" which makes me think it might be sooner than we expect.

Best Buy version includes a Deathstroke (I guess that's who it is) figure...

Watched this tonight-- it was all right---- very bloody (especially in the first 10 minutes)

I was never a fan of the Man Bat Ninjas in the comic plotline - it seemed too ironically, Cartoon Villainlike for Ra's, so I really wished they left that part out.

Didn't use spoiler tags- since this is the animated version of the first Damian appearance story from like 6-7 years ago.

The Blu-ray edition sold out in Best Buy stores quickly, so I had to order it online, just to get the figure. Glad it's Deathstroke and not another Batman.

Was there a post-credits sting in this movie?

No, the DC animateds don't usually have a post-credit add on.

After watching this last night, I'm not overly impressed with the voice acting in this one. For whatever reason I just never really bought into the actors portraying their characters. Which is odd because I know that some of them are returning to characters they've played before.

And ... maybe it was just me ... but did anyone else watch Talia and think "Baroness"?

Just as a heads for anyone who is interested...

The Deathstroke figure that is included with the Best Buy BluRay set is completely NON-ARTICULATED.

Yup, first time folks. It is officially a little plastic statue with no articulation. Not the shoulders, not the head.

Not that it really matters, but thought I'd share for those that were on the fence about getting the figure.

Yeah I noticed that it was a really cheap this time and the store only got 5 ! All looked crappy but its a steal either way Ultra violet copy ( i give it to a friend), Dvd, Blu Ray and figure ! Just sad I remember Best buy used to get a ton of these sets but times are changing. I liked it more then I thought after reading reviews but it was no classic can watch any time DCU movie for sure. I did like how it ended with the Damian bit again. I was never impressed with the graphic novel anyways

You must be in a high demand marketplace. My area never got more than 5 to a store and it was strictly because the sunday flyer stated the store would have a minimum of 5 on hand. Some of the earlier sets I can still pick up locally if I'm willing to ask for some assistance in getting it out of the back stockroom or refill cart

I noticed that, too! It was kind of disappointing. It made me wonder how much longer the figures will be included.

The DVD/Blu-ray combo packs always sell out immediately in Manhattan. I've given up trying to get them in stores and have switched to buying them online.
