It's been my experience with CGI shows that they get better as time goes on. As they design more figures, they'll be able fit them with different cloths to fill out the crowd scenes.
You know, if they allow it to actually go more than 2 seasons. :roll:

I feel the same way Gotham is a ghost town ! There is no one around anywhere ! Honestly not digging this show I usually have to watch a episode of something classic (JLU, BATB, BTAS etc) to wash the taste out of my mouth
