For what it's worth Variety posted their review of RoTS today. I didn't read the spoilerfilled version, but in the non-spoiler version they really liked it:

Quote:
The Force returns with most of its original power regained in "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith." Concluding entry in George Lucas' second three-pack of space epics teems with action, drama and spectacle, and even supplies the odd surge of emotion, as young Anakin Skywalker goes over to the Dark Side and the stage is set for the generation of stories launched by the original "Star Wars" 28 years ago. Whatever one thought of the previous two installments, this dynamic picture irons out most of the problems, and emerges as the best in the overall series since "The Empire Strikes Back." Stratospheric B.O. is a given.

That's high praise from Variety. I hope they are right....

I can't wait until the 16th! I'm one of the lucky ones who managed to get a ticket for the Saga event in London! Going to be an amazing day!

Interesting how some many positive reviews are coming out.

From the previews ROTS does look to be the best Prequel.

But from a press point of view, it's also a good story to run with the "Lucas redeems himself" "The force is back" angle since the "ain't what it used to be" "Star Wars sucks" stories are pretty played out at this point...

SpyMagician (desperately trying to keep expectations reasonable...!)
