I think she was one per case. I saw her several times at Target, a few times at TRU, but not for a while now. I know that some people had trouble finding her.
I saw the case of DI 5 at K-Mart the other day, it had 2 Angelinas, so hopefully she will be easier for you to find, if you want her as well.

Thanks for the heads up. No kmart near by so I migh tbe outta luck there too but honestly if I don't find velvet sky I'll probably quit the line

I didn't even know that Toy Biz was still making these figures.
I haven't seen anything past wave 2 in any local store and I just assumed that it just died off from disinterest or something.
I may have to start looking around again.

I guess people are finding wave 6 at kmart now. no kmarts near me so outta luck
