They made a Limited Edition RVD Figure with ECW and WWE belt. When and where was this released?

Toys R Us online it came with 2 belts which was cool .. I don't think anybody really knew about it till somebody ordered it .. It was never really announced at all ..

It's a shame I had to discover this through Ebay, I would have totally ordered it. I wonder why they never sent it out to the stores?
