Hey there toonsters, I stopped off at comic con to pick up my press pass and I'm can't wait to go back! I'll be there tonight and tomorrow all day and possibly doing a write up for the site, but I'd rather give a big update right now -- I've seen a repaint for JLU! It's a 5-POA Batman, in show accurate colors with a Wonder Pig accessory! No joke! I didn't have a camera, but I'm sure the pic will show up soon enough. I'll check back here later tonight, and I'll be there bright and early for the big Mattel update. I won't bother breaking that news, I'm sure somebody will beat me to it. But I do have some exclusive video interviews lined up and also, you're welcome!

Oh man, I can't wait for some news and pics to start rolling in. I saw that TNI had Marvel Legends pictures already and was hoping to see a few things from the Mattel booth. I know the big reveals will be tomorrow, but I am hoping for something to tide me over. I'm most interested in MOTU and DCUC.

I spoke to a dude at the Mezco booth, he informed me that they're trying to do a Hellboy 3.75 scale Comic Book line. He told me that's what he collects and it would be awesome, I hope this gets done. One thing from Mattel that I didn't mention before was that Grundy unfortunately would not be released because it was a Con Exclusive and that Man-Bat was the exception to this rule. I met Scott Adsit from 30 Rock and saw Pierre, the graphic designer from Conan O'Brien. I met some guys from Gentle Giant that were very cool and so far the con experience has been interesting. A friend of mine was being interviewed by Comicology.tv and because he made a joke at my expense I was on camera for a second. Not too many people in costumes, Star Wars was better represented in the cosplay arena. That's all I got for now, I'll keep you updated of my experience.
