Stopped at Alco. Their MU is still $14.99, but they have plenty of Absorbing Man, Dark Magneto, and Iceman, if you are that desperate. I am waiting for an advertised sale, because they price match.

Also checked TRU. They have the Avengers figures on stands on sale at $12.99. They have 2 Widows, and a Psylocke on a card. I looked closer and realized that this Widow uses the Psylocke head, not the Widow head from the carded Widow figure.

I have it assembled and am still putting stickers on. Cap has no shield, and I don't think he is supposed to, which is kind of a rip since he just ain't Cap without the shield. The compartment for the missiles is cool. All in all I would rate this equal to the Matt Mason Space Station from Mattel, way back in the '60s, which I still have, but superior to Playmates TNG Bridge, which I got rid of 2 or 3 years ago. The Flagg it is not but it still looks cool, and the Flagg would probably retail for about $250. Problem is those Joe shmoes would pay it.

Did you really pay that much for her?
I have her in Legends scale, so I decided I will just have to live without her in MU scale.

Well I did get the helicarrier with her-

I think it was 135 for the SDCC exclusive last year on HTS-- (Granted that thing is decent size-- and the box was beyond huge (it was close to 5 Feet Long)- shipping box was like 6 feet.)

It didnt turn out to be the epic playset it could have been- but its not the worst toy ever-and the way they designed it I think you could get a couple more of the insert pieces (maybe even using the retail one) and make it even longer..

The retail one has no inserts. You know, that could be something Matty could offer on the website. Nah, their not bright enough of think of that, even if someone suggests it. Anyway, I was watching one Walmart that had them for $58, which isn't a bad price drop, but I had other priorities. I walked into another Walmart that I don't get to often and saw it in the clearance aisle with no price so I scanned it out of curiosity and it came up $22, so I decided I am not walking away from 75% off. :D

I have the SDCC one but if I could get a cheap retail on, I'd mod that one into the angled flight deck. The SDCC is not horrible, but does seem too thin for the length. An angled deck and larger props would help. As it is my son uses his lego marvel mini figs more than the loose MU ones to play on it, and the size is much more in scale, heh.

Start checking Walmarts. If they have them they seem to be trying to dump them.

Crystal Ball question.

Does anyone know if there are plans for a Sasquatch figure?

I have an idea on how to make one, but I hate making a figure that is going to be done. Seems like a waste of resources to me.

I've seen all sort of rumors but nothing official. Supposedly it'll be Sasquatch with a Wendigo variant/running change like the Abomination/A Bomb is supposed to be. But who knows for sure. It's why I've been holding off making one myself.
