avengers marvel platinum: wasp, wonder man, red hulk, stealth iron man, stever rogers, whirlwind, yellow jacket, grim reaper, hulk, hyperion
The speculation is that these will be that new Avenger line.

Since hyperion is listed and we know that is releasing next year, i am hoping that we also get whirlwind, wasp and grim reaper. What is Avengers marvel platinum?? They should just drop the avengers and call the line marvel platinum.

Yeah and don't forget Grim Reaper was shown too...

Found the latest wave at Target this morning I went in right after
They opened. Pick up the entire wave Aurora, Nightcrawler, Omega Red and the Black Knight. They only have one of each.

Congrats Nightwing! That's awesome. I can never get to any stores at opening time because of work, except for on the weekends. My stores near me never get new stuff (at least stuff I'm looking for) on the weekends. :|

The most recent figure I've picked up is Elektra. Still no Mysterio or anything after that wave, save the Iron Man in the black armor. I suspect I'll see more stock as we get closer to the holidays. This stuff always finds its way to one of my local stores sooner or later.

I have no doubt about that CC. You and Stew always seem to be very fortunate at retail. Even if it takes awhile.

I've still never walked into a store specifically to look for Marvel Universe figures, and I've seen everything except the Cable with Hope at retail at least once (at least up to the Mysterio wave). It's always just been a matter of patience, and I just buy them whenever I happen upon them.

The same is true out here. Of course, I have six Targets within 20 miles, not to mention 2 TRU's and 8 Walmarts.

That being said, I have had a few MU's spill past me including regular Archangel (saw Deathmask), classic Havok, Iron Patriot with Norman's head, Dark Ms. Marvel, Baghead Spidey, and most recently Cloak.

I even saw Mary Jane once, but I left her on the pegs because I tend to avoid civilian figures.

Yep. We have sixteen Target stores here, so there tends to be plenty to go around.

Yeah, I forgot about that one. Never saw him, either. I didn't want him, but my buddy would like one, so I'd have grabbed it for him.

Did she end up being difficult to find in most areas? She warmed pegs at Walmarts here for a couple months.

Wouldnt say that-- the past few waves (since last week)-- have been HTS Specials or trades -- although occasionally I do see some of the "harder to find " figures--5 months later... --

(or in the case of Nick Fury on HTS-- 2 years later)-- Ive had hit and miss luck with the variant figures-- I think the only ones I've actually seen on the store shelves were the Doc Strange Ms. Marvel and Iron Patriot ones..

Still looking for Baghead Spidey myself..

Wish thats how it worked for Joe as well..

I've almost always had similar luck with JOE up until these last two Retaliation waves. I pre-ordered what I wanted of those from BBTS and HTS, and I'm glad I did. Driving to the suburbs to come up empty at TRU is not my idea of a fun time. Other than that, I think Renegades Storm Shadow is the only figure I've never seen at retail since the 25th line started, but fortunately, I had pre-ordered the two I wanted from BBTS.

Joes crashed hard after wave two. Still haven't seen a Night Viper, Jinx, or Blind Master.

I remember as a kid going to TRU and seeing a whole end cap of Joe figures.

Now it's hard to find the latest waves in stores.

Really started with the pursuit of cobra figs and now the more recent waves of MU have been difficult to find.

Thanks.

I went by Target and TRU last night because TRU gets trucks on TUE and Thur nights. Found nothing new. Went back tonight and scored Aurora, Dagger, Omega Red, and Black Knight. Passed on Zemo (X2), Grey Hulk, and Warpath. Second Dagger score at retail.

Also saw IM2 concept wave figures at CVS in the Xmas toy section.

CCC.

Good find Mudd. I picked up Xforce Warpath last week.

I resorted to eBay to pickup Dagger.
