Got the two new Endor pilot packs at TRU yesterday. $32 a piece. Ouch. Sadly the $8 a figure its still cheaper than a single figures would cost. BTW got sick of trying to find Malgus so I finally got one off eBay. Haven't had to do that for awhile, but Hasbro always seems to suck at distributing Expanded Universe characters.

Well he is repacked in the new case (but with 3 EU figures)-- they still all tend to disappear first. Got the carbonite Jar Jar set yesterday-- and since I trash Mattel all the time-- I will do it to hasbro as well-- there is no need to make a "special " box that huge with so much wasted space.- although at least they didnt charge me to much extra for it. I did find the new less POA Bob/Luke/Vader pack at wal mart yesterday..

I didn't recognize them, but maybe they are. I'll have to check the collection. They're 4-packs with three pilots (1 Imperial, 2 Rebel) and a droid each.
I remember 3-pack pilot packs from a few years ago.
It'll be a good thing I haven't opened them yet, if I do have them.

It'll be a good thing I haven't opened them yet, if I do have them. The new ones have yet to be released. So, I'm guessing they are the old TRU exclusive sets that were released about a year ago.

Yeah, you guys are right. I must have gotten them so long ago that I'd forgotten. Sadly, it's not the first time that's happened. Ah, well, back to the store they go!

Picked up Starkiller at Toys R Us Times Square. Spoke to a really helpful guy named Richard, he went to the "back" to check a new case. I didnt know that Toys R Us had a "back", anyway new figs are out there, also saw several Jedi Lukes on the pegs, I got one at Kmart recently so I passed but they had plenty.

I don't know if anyone's mentioned the chain " Five Below" on the boards before, but they had the whole AOTC Vintage line tonight for $5 each. I picked up two Senate guards, Kit Fisto, and Super Battle Droid for $20. I was pretty happy, considering how hard that wave was to find around here.

That wave has been appearing at Five Below for a few months or longer.

I haven't been on here in a million years but I just gotta say what the heck happened to the Vintage line? Every store chain has been just sitting on what they got last January. I was really excited for this year. There's almost nothing on the pegs. I was interested in That Jedi Origin Luke wave with the deleted scene figures and Grand Moff Tarkin, Hoth Luke, etc and everything that's been shown. Are stores cooling on Star Wars at the moment? I just got this message from BBTS that this wave will be limited distribution: http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=HAS22114&mode=retailI can't find anything out there that isn't that Phantom Menace stuff that shipped at the beginning of the year and I've been earnestly looking. Really frustrating. I thought this was going to be a big Star Wars year for me, plugging holes in my collection (I only collect original trilogy characters)

I'm expecting to start seeing more stuff with the August refresh at stores but it's been pretty dry. There's only been one Wal Mart down here that's at least put out some of these new waves, as I've found the remnants. Nothing consistent. Besides missing some figures here or there (which never concerns me, honestly), my biggest gripe is not seeing the new Naboo fighter. That hasn't been distributed anywhere except online as far as I know. It's a shame. Distribution has been bad this year, true. It's like 1999 all over again only Quinlon Vos is the new Jedi Duel Darth Maul.

I hate admitting to ignorance in Star Wars, but could you clarify this, please? You can or cannot find QV? I just don't get the reference. :-/ Thanks in advance for educating me.
