I hate admitting to ignorance in Star Wars, but could you clarify this, please? You can or cannot find QV? I just don't get the reference. :-/ Thanks in advance for educating me. 1999 saw a glut of Episode I merchandise due to the unprecedented hype surrounding the movie. So much so that the first few waves of action figures clogged the pegs seemingly forever. Because of that, later waves were harder to find and distributed in more limited numbers. A big culprit was the very first Darth Maul figure, Jedi Duel Darth Maul, which could be found for many months, if not a year or so later. Same with many of the figures from that initial wave, like Darth Sidious and Ric Olie, to be fair. While nowhere near the scale of 1999, this year's vintage Episode I wave has been pegwarming since it appeared in January or February, with subsequent waves difficult to come by. The Quinlon Vos figure seems to be the biggest pegwarming culprit around here. I can find multiples of him in every store. Shame, though, as it is a nice figure if you're into Jedi. So, um, yeah.

Thanks for the explanation. QV isn't the main culprit around here (that honor belongs to Queen Amidala), but I get what you're saying. It's funny -- I bought many of the E1 figures off the racks and I remember keeping an eye out for the later waves, but I guess I wasn't paying close enough attention to remember which figures stuck around and which ones didn't.
Fast forward ten years and I'll remember Guy Gardners seeming to come out my ears.

Vos is definitely the main perpetrator around here. And that Phantom Menace wave was the last bit of Vintage I've seen in stores; BBTS has been my supplier for the past several waves and they'll likely be the same for the final wave as well.

Well its on EE as well-- (although it is 10.00 higher.)
Since I dont need the TPM figures-- I will push my luck to get these in the stores-- or wait till someone has them in stock.

I follow BBTS on twitter and they tweeted it yesterday and it was sold out by the end of the day.

Most Star Wars sites are saying that this wave will not be distributed to brick and mortar stores. By the time individual figures make their way to ebay or Amazon, you might as well have paid for the whole case and just resold the ones you don't want.

Bah. The only two I want (the clone trooper and the Royal Guard) are no longer available individually. I'll try my luck at retail, although it's been letting me done a lot lately. If anybody has an extra female bounty hunter or male clone trooper lookalike from the Expanded Universe video game, PM me. I don't think I'm gonna be able to find them.

I got Starkiller in the mail Thursday via trade (he's awesome ). So I'm done for now, until the Ewok sets hit.

The Ewoks sets are TRU exclusives ($39.99 though). Miraculously, I found/bought them this morning along with an Imperial Naval Commander. I can't remember the last SW figures I found at retail!
