Heck, they show the Mark 1 and some other "off-screen" armor on the cardbacks; are those really coming out in the 6-inch scale? There aren't many straight answers about the future of 6-inch Marvel products.

Well John, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the pics on the back of the cards of the Mark I and the deep Dive armor, those are pics of the 4-inch prototypes.
I know! Why would they do that??
But in a recent Ask Hasbro, someone asked about the Mk 4 with the Robert Downey Jr. unmasked head wearing sunglasses that was being held by Robert Downey Jr at ToyFair...
This was referred to as the "Hangover Tony" version. This is a 6-inch armor that looks mostly like the Mk VI, except with a different chest piece and a different head. This is supposed to be coming.
He also stated that there are LOTS more 6-inch Iron Man 2 toys coming.
I hope that turns out to be true. A Hasbro rep might not be lying, but could be mistaken. These Mk IVs and War Machines seem to be selling out pretty quick.
And BTW, War Machine for best 6-inch Toy of the Year. Like there's some other one who can take it on?

So, any word on the MK V popping up anywhere? I thought I'd seen it on some Asian auction sites a while back, indicating it should be here soon, but I haven't heard anything since. Man, why's it so hard to get some info outta Hasbro on this line?

No Mark Vs in the USA yet. No restocks of the Mark VI or War Machine in a long time either, if ever; they seemed to get 3-4 pegs and what was put out was it.
Thank goodness I live close enough to Canada that I was able to score my Mark V there at Walmart. They had a full peg (or two) of Mark V with a few Mark VI mixed in, but no War Machines.

Hey, for what it's worth, I got a MK V suitcase Iron-Man from Wal*Mart's Site-To-Store program. It's pretty darn nice. Hopefully more of these will be popping up in store soon. Now, any word on the MK IV Hangover Tony?

The Mark V aka Suitcase Armor has hit Walmart. I saw it at 2 different stores in AZ tonight.
It is a pretty sweet figure, very close to War Machine quality. I highly recommend it for any Marvel Legends collectors.

I've come across pegs full of the 6-Inch Mark V as well. Anyone who had one, is he standing up for you okay? Mine just keeps toppling over and I am considering trying another one to see if his balance is better. But it could just be me posing him badly too.

Yeah, I saw the suitcase armor today as well. I'd even forgotten it ever came out the first time around; I thought this was the signal of a new 6-inch wave hitting.

My Mark VI and War Machines stand on their own just fine.

I've found Mark IV, V, VI, and WM so far but has anyone heard if there will be more IM2 3pks like the TRU concept armors?

Saw the sunglasses Tony at Walmart yesterday . . . and passed.
Anybody know if the glasses are removable? They just don't look right.

Dredging up this thread to see if anyone has any new info on upcoming 6 inchers... Whiplash, Nick Fury or Black Widow?... Drones?... Happy?... Pepper?... Shellhead wrote: Saw the sunglasses Tony at Walmart yesterday . . . and passed.

For me, this has been a cool if sporadic line. Right now the Mark V is all over the place, and you can sometimes see "Sunglasses Tony". I'm starting to think that a 6" Deep Dive Iron Man is a myth -- darn it.
The biggest problem I've encountered was finding an Iron Man Mark VI that didn't have horrible molding creases in the helmet. Finally snagged one that didn't look like a broken vase that someone had tried to glue back together -- badly.
Hasbro has indicated plans for more 6" Iron Man figures, but I don't think we'll see those until 2011.
