Not at the places where I found the Foom wave. They made room for them, and shortly thereafter, the 2 packs appeared.

I was basing mine off of my Targets who threw the Foom wave up on the Marvel Legends pegs and in turn raised the prices of the ML's to reflect the higher priced Hulk figures.

I don't collect MU but I'm tempted to get this figure because of how cool the giant blister pack looks (Galactus isn't bad either).
