Does anybody know which Star Wars action figure series is worth collecting. I was thinking about collecting the Trilogy Series or the 30th Anniversary with the silver coin? Please help me if you can. Thanks!

It depends on *why* you want to collect. If you're collecting as an investment you might as well forget anything modern as very little of it retains a value past the initial rush when it's new. If you're wanting something to display packaged, the 30th anniversary (the ones you mention with the coins), the 2004 Trilogy cards or the "vintage" style which are making a comeback in the fall. If you're just looking to put together a nice collection of figures to display loose, there are a lot from 95 to present that fit into that category. Sure most of the older ones have been re-done (and re-done), but there are still a few gems from that early days. For that I would suggest digging through the photo archives at Rebelscum or Jedi Temple Archives or the Figure of the Day feature at Galactic Hunter to help you pick-and-choose the ones you think are the best for your collection.
