I'm on the fence about purchasing it.

I'm just using the silver armor one-- otherwise you would pretty much mistake him for Flash on a shelf...

I was a little disappointed to say the least. I wouldn't have minded if they just repainted the Steeler they did for Joe Con last year and put him in a paint scheme reminiscent to the cartoon with blonde hair. That would have been better in my opinion. I use the Silver Pads one too Stew it helps distinguish him from Flash.

Finally got my flight for this year's Joe Con. Just waiting for registration to start.

On another note I've been spotting some Wave 3 Retaliation figures from Tuesday Morning stores. I was able to find 1 Crimson Guard and a Cobra Combat Ninja. Two figures I missed out on on Hasbrotoyshop.com. Also picked up an Ultimate Cobra Commander and Firefly for my best friend. And picked up an Ultimate Snake Eyes as well. Only one I didn't see that I wanted was the Ultimate Duke figure.

That's cool Stew. I was hoping to see the night viper or blind master.
I don't need that yellow jinx as I was just able to get the comic con one for around 30.00 bucks.

I've seen the Nightviper at the local toy show. There are 3 of them.

And the guy only wants $30 a pop for them.

But he admitted the only way he got them was online. They apparently didn't make it to retail out here.

Well since he goes from 35-50 normally on ebay-- that was actually a "deal"

I got everything else from that wave at retail price from HTS-- so at some point I may have to take the plunge- since he was the main figure I wanted after Kwinn out of that whole line..

I picked up the beach head set and the entire wave 3 blind bag set yesterday. Finally picked up the thunder wave boat too.

I got my night viper from eBay for $30 free shipping. Used up my whole eBay allowance for January and it was totally worth it. Lol

I picked up the beach head set and the 12 blind bag figures. I've noticed lots of loose joints this time. My Beachhead won't even hold his gun up. Anyone else notice this or am I just having bad luck ?

Hasbro-- if there was ever a time for free publicity-and a chance to cross pollinate the brand - this is it--

MAKE THESE FIGURES NOW...

Jim-- you need to watch, any show that does a Claymation, Puppet, 8 bit animation and a GI Joe episode, not to mention classic Halloween Episodes- (like where hes Batman the whole time)- takes 2 years to set up a running Beetlejuice joke, and features, Epic Paintball Battles, Mirror Mirror Alternate Selves, Dr. Spacetime- (including a full convention where actual fans were asked to show up for filming in any costume they could come up with), Kickpuncher (a robotic supercop), a Game of Hot Lava, Pillow vs. Blanket fort battles and more geek stuff than you can shake a stick at, falls in the annals of essential viewing..

ANd Hasbro , If you cant do them all--

Make her in a 2 pack-- with this Cap version-- and that's an instant sell out..

Image

I know I have posted this before-- but any reason to showcase Miss Brie (photoshopped or not)-- is worth it..
