I've seen exactly one at a normal retail store; Toys R Us, on Black Friday of all days.

Picked up two more at a comic shop for the surprisingly reasonable (for a comic shop) price of $9.99.

Comic Hydra Trooper found today at TRU. He was the only one on the pegs, although there was also a standard one who stayed there.

I just got a Crossbones figure, this guy is awesome looking, his body type is very different, is he a GI Joe buck or just a very unique sculpt? I know next to nothing about the character but his design is great.
