I have to admit, I am disappointed that there is no Comic Characters from Thor, however I did pick up Frost Giant.

And there's nothing else I really wan't after seeing this wave. I am holding off for BF Frost Giant and Loki.

I saw Thor at TRU today. A lot of different Thor and 2 Frost Giants. They look ugly to me and only one Thor looked good. Think I would prefer the comic versions. No Odins, Lokis, Sifs, etc...

Still just a big hole at Target. Will check Walmart later when I do grocery shopping.

CCC.

I have to admit I am leaving most of the Thor Figures on the shelves for the min, I do want King Lefauey and Ice Claw Frost Giant. I also want two of the BF Frost Giants.

Hope to see the other stuff and it's not as bad as finding Mandarin and Whiplash (Comic Version) which I haven't seen yet (I could live without the Whiplash, but I really want a Mandarin (And I don't mean the fruit)).

Might be able to help you with Mandarin. Send me a pm. There's also apparently plenty of Thor stuff near me. Not really flying off the pegs. If someone wants, I can pick some up, as long as no one leaves me hanging with the figs after I lay out for em.

FInally got myself around to getting ahold of a few of the Thor Movie figs, not all of course but this round I look at Thor, Odin, and Frost Giant. I tacked on POC Low Light at the end since I doubt I will be able to post him with any other GI Joes anytime soon.

Enjoy

Originally posted this in the IM2 thread of all places, but it really belongs here:

Thor seems to be moving pretty well out here, but unlike Iron Man (who has variety built into the character via different armors), Thor himself doesn't really support a lot of different iterations.

Now, if they want including comic versions:

1) Movie Thor
2) Classic Thor
3) Modern Thor
4) Future Thor (Thor 3000? I know he's appeared multiple times)
5) Thunderstrike
6) Beta Ray Bill
7) Armored Bearded Thor from the 90's (when he was dying)
8 ) Thorgirl

Anybody know of any others? I'm not really a Thor expert.

There's also Ultimate Thor, and bearded classic Thor (a la Walt Simonson).

My Walmart restocked these once so far, now showing Odin, Loki, and both Frost Giants. I haven't been back to TRU, but Target still has just empty pegs. Either they are gambling on having full pegs when the movie hits, or we'll get a lot of $5 figures...

Now if were to get Beta Ray Bill and Thunderstrike I would be all for that, and I would also buy a Thor Frog pack with the rest of the avenger pets.
