I have this figure. I love the Hulk, and I have nearly every Hulk figure that has been made within the last 10 years. I also have a ton of Hulk statues. There's been some nice versions, and some really bad versions (from Toy Biz, Hasbro, Marvel Select, and Bowen). That said, the MU World War Hulk has to be the best Hulk Hasbro has ever made! Wait, I take that back. The MU World War Hulk has to be the best Hulk FIGURE ever made!! No...wait. I take that back.
This MU World War Hulk is the BEST HULK EVER PRODUCED! Period! Toy. Figure. Statue. Cookie Jar. You name it! This thing is awesome! Hasbro, congratulations. You've managed to do the impossible, and that's no joke.

That's some pretty high praise. But I think some of the Bowen Hulk statues and Sideshow Collectible statues would beg to differ.

Now I feel like looking at all the Hulks I have and comparing them. I don't know how I would rank it against every Hulk figure every made, but I do agree that it is awesome. The oversized MU figs have been the best of the line, and this is probably the best of those. I think it's interesting that the paint apps on some of the MU figs are so much better than what Hasbro does at the 6" scale.

My favorite Hulk is still the one from the ML Hulk/Leader 2-pack. I consider that his "classic" look.
But the one you're talking about is now in my Top 5.

I passed when I saw it. Nice sculpt and all, but I found it kinda boring.

I picked this up last night when my wife and I were grocery shopping. I have to agree, it is a very good looking figure. My wife and I both went to grab it off the peg at the same time. Definitely one of the best looking 3 3/4 figures I've seen made.

It's a fantastic looking figure... I just didn't care at all about that storyline. Give me a Maestro, a Professor, or a slightly smaller Mr. Fixit Hulk with the same quality sculpting and I'll be all over it.

I don't know who the Professor is, but I'd definitely buy a Mr Fix it or Maestro Hulk. Maestro was one of my favorites from Marvel Legends.

"The Professor" is Paul Jenkins' moniker for Peter David's "unified" Hulk circa Hulk #400. If I could get a good Prof. Hulk with a black undershirt, brown pants, and fuzzy bunny slippers, I think I'd lapse into a pleasure coma.

Well saying it is the best Hulk made by Hasbro isn't the biggest praise since most of thier Hulks have fallen way short of the mark, especially in the MU line where they seemed to forget articulation is a factor (The lack of hips on the Hulk were horrid).

In terms of progression, this has to be the best. Legends is kind of bland right now. Guys are going crazy for it, because they miss it. The most recent Hulk in Legends is just a repainted Red Hulk (by the way, I happen to like the MU Red Hulk more than the Red Hulk BAF). In the few short years MU has been around, the turnaround has been amazing! That fact is undeniable! DCUC is giving us the same buck body figures. There are some good looking DCUC, but in a image by image comparison, the WW Hulk wins. Taking scale out of the equation, if you look at the MU World War Hulk, it holds up to any DCUC and Legends figure. What's more amazing, actual IS the scale. A figure this good, at this size... Mind blowing!

When you put it that way, you may be right. Pound for pound, WW Hulk just might be the best figure out there. It's definitely (in my opinion) the best figure in it's scale.

The MU green Hulk was the first figure from this line I ever bought. In part, I picked it up because it actually seemed like I was getting something for my money. The larger figures in this line are very appealing to me for that reason, plus I think they're cool. WW Hulk is a really great figure. I think Thanos is nice too. --kcb

I like the WW Hulk alright, I just hope we can get a Hulk, on this level of coolness, without his gladiator outfit pretty soon.
