In order to get free shipping on a recent EE order, I finally picked up one of the last Xevoz sets I needed: the knight/dragon 2-pack.
As I was putting together the Firedrake, I was reminded just how much fun the Xevoz line was.
Anybody out there a fan of these (sadly departed) customizable action figures?

I had thought I replied to this already but yes, I LOVED Xevoz and congrats on getting the Dragon and Knight set. I never did manage to get one of those. When Xevoz first came out I worked at a Hastings Bookstore. Employee discount was you could buy stuff for just over cost so I ended up going crazy and bought a ton of the Alpha Rangers for around $3 a piece. I think my favorite was the Cowboy. Loved setting up Cowboys versus Undead.

Never heard of it. Google is my friend. I know, I'll check it out.

Whew. I thought I was the only one. Although the relative lack of responses probably helps explain why the line died in the first place.

For those that don't know...
Xevoz was an in-house adaptation of the Stikfas concept. Hasbro, for a very brief amount of time, was the official importer and marketer for Stikfas in the US and outside of putting 2 waves in TRU, they really didn't do anything with them.
However, they did take the customizable, snap-together formula and advance it in some rather creative ways.
Xevoz were fun, and they had much better decos and themes than did some of the Stikfas at the time, but I'm still a bigger fan of the Stikfas source material.
