That makes me freakin' ANGRY. I hate missing out on things especially when it's due to website lags.

Anybody with multiples willing to sell me one?

Galactus went out super fast. I didn't even see it and was on right when everything went on sale. Got 2 Sentinels as I really wanted one to keep on card.

How did you snag 2 sentinels? it was a limit of one. Did you order twice? If so you may have Hasbro dept of order investigations contacting you (yes a real dept at Hasbro). I hope they don't cancel one of your orders or merge them less one sentinel. Sometimes they let it go but for the most part they tend to be super anal about people double ordering, their explanation for this, they don't want people gaming the system (yet they often let some stuff like this go and clamp down on some at the same time).

When they posted the FF 3 (4) pack they limited it to 2, i needed 3- one to open, one to keep mint and one to send to a customizer). So i placed a second order taking a hit on the shipping. The order investigations dept sent me an email saying they canceled my second order. No i don't do stuff like this regularly and I rarely order from them as i am a "must hold it in my hand, see and feel" kinda guy so i often buy in store.

There was an error with a lot of the orders were it gave free shipping (with or without the promo code) but from what i hear it got corrected. They may try to mess with you if you got free shipping on both orders (to save them money). But with the chaos and large shipments going out, i bet there will be no issues.

I wish they allowed 2 as the limit, as most collectors like to have 2 - one to open and one to keep mint on card. I appreciate the limits they are imposing to give everyone an opportunity wish mattel would do this but sometimes it can be too rigid.

Is anyone disturbed by the comment the hasbro folks made that there is a very good chance they will release this colorway at retail? I'm mixed, one side i am like happy, especially if i can land them at a christmas low price of $20 but half of me feels the burn of the cost and want to keep what i invested in special.

2 different accounts, 2 different credit cards. We'll see. If I only get one oh well , I really wanted to open one though and don't care for the retail version.

I didn't realize it was limited to one. I actually wanted 3 but I can't afford that.

This just goes to show that if you don't want to deal with HTS and its ugs then better to make the trip to SDCC yourself.

Heh, no thanks. I'm bummed about missing Zarana, but not a couple hundred dollars bummed.

What it does show is keep an eye on when places like BBTS put convention stuff up for preorder, which is what I wish I'd done.

Well, I wanted her fig for $14, not $30, and certainly not however much it would cost to go to San Diego and spend hours in line. I was lucky enough to get one regular Zarana shortly before she went out of stock on HTS.

I hate how much greed there is in the toy community, but I guess that's the nature of collecting. I just wish we could figure out a way to get more money to the toy company and less money to creeps with jacked up prices.

Well what HTS did was a start limiting items to 1 per customer but they still sold out fast. I'm not so mad at the little guy scalper anymore it's these big online scalpers like BBTS. They are charging double retail for most all SDCC stuff and people should really be banning them. How anyone can hate and despise scalpers but defend them is beyond me but I see it time and time again.

That is the regular edition not the SDCC exclusive.

Zarana is up to $45 on BBTS! Still sold out, though. That price sucks. Really really sucks.

I've bought stuff from them before, but never anything with a crazy jacked up price. I know they have a lot of stuff that doesn't sell and they get stuck with, but they certainly try to squeeze out every penny they can. This action figure hobby is getting crazy pricey. Someday there will be no toy aisles in stores and they only people who collect will be the elite ruling class.

And lots of people are selling cards with no figs on Ebay? WTF? Who would want that? Or you can get the AFA graded Zarana for $350. Man, people are stupid/greedy. Isn't endless greed what got us in this predicament? Will people ever learn? I say no.

Are people just stupid? Who pays $45 when you can go out on Ebay and get 1 for $35? These are the kinds of morons resellers are dealing with and it is why they can charge these inflated prices and these impatient children in adult bodies just hand over the $$ gladly.
