Sweet, thanks man. Toy Fair is great. Brings us all together before we start complaining again.

Lots of the wave 2 three-packs are starting to show up around here. For those of you looking to pick these up, if you're picky about paint applications, keep an eye on Firefly's head. It's flesh-colored plastic, and the first one I got had a very noticeable spot that went unpainted on the front of his head. I bought another to replace it, and that one had an even bigger spot. It was on the back of his head, though, so I couldn't see it in the package. I felt more comfortable experimenting with paint on that one than I would right in the center of the other figure's forehead, and I actually impressed myself with how closely my paint mixture matched the color of his mask.

Other than that, the figures in the new three-packs are fantastic.

I felt the same way -- it was nice for Hasbro to add a Tron Trooper--

And I picked up a Colton-- however I took the best of the 3 I saw and even that wasnt a good paint job-- they went from totally crosseyed to one lazy eye.. I wonder if this is a case of a good sculpt and a bad paint job-- but its not like its something I could correct..

That was the leftover figure at all the stores I saw them at this weekend. Well Him and Flint...

That was the only other time I saw him besides seeing a new case a target employee pulled out for me a few weeks ago.. (I took an Alley Viper and a Cyber Ninja from that case). It is amazingly difficult to find anything but wave 1 figures or left over Wave 2 Storm Shadows or Roadblocks.

Hey Tron Troopers are cool LOL

I have heard a great deal about the lazy eye on Colton. He's got a bit of it on mine but not terrible, but one I saw in a recent review looked like he had been given the smackdown by the Rock.

I finally found a full case at walmart...and the Joe Colton had the crazy eyes. But I'm not sure I would have bought it anyway...at $10, it just wasn't interesting enough. Picked up the Cyber Viper, Dark Ninja, and Lady Jaye. My son loves the squirrel suit that comes with the Ninja. :D

I've managed to pick up Flint, Lady Jaye, Joe Colton, Dark Ninja, Cyber Ninja and 3 pack w/Mouse and Airborne in the last couple weeks.. Not too shabby. I really hope the move kicks all sorts of ass (sales-wise) to help push the line, especially with the kiddies.

We're sure getting a lot of good Snake Eyes out of this line. Between Wave 2's armored Ninja Duel version and the one from the first 3-pack, I've moved several older ones to my "Outdated" box (formerly known as the "25th Anniversary" box). Even the SE from the second 3-pack makes for a great generic ninja custom.

But I'm getting antsy for the Ultimate versions of Duke, Flint, Roadblock and Firefly; I'm keeping all the Wave 1/2 versions of those characters in the package till then. Has the next wave even been announced for preorder anywhere?
