So I was reading up on all the new Avenger team in the new Marvel Now Universe and I started seeing lots of names we wanted figures of! Plus the fact that the Universe lines loves doing Avengers I thought this would be a pretty interesting poll. I wouldn't be surprised if half of these did get figures, but thats just me!

ARRGH! Too many to choose from.

I mostly picked Young Avengers, but a few Academy kids as well.

On a side note, do you guys think retail's (Walmart, especially) ready for gay/bisexual action figures like Wiccan, Hulking, and Lightspeed? I can't help but notice Northstar has yet to get a Legends or MU figure, and he's been around a heck of a lot longer than most of the people on this poll.

To the best of my knowledge, Northstar's only had one figure and it was a special TRU exclusive Alpha Flight line.

Every one you named can eventually get figures, I don't think Hasbro will say anything about their sexuality, nor do they have to!

As far as Northstar goes, I won't be surprised if he gets a figure sooner then we think! Just think about it they did Puck so I have high hopes of us seeing more Alpha Flight members. Also we are getting Cloak & Dagger!
What does that have to do with anything?
IMHO their are only a hand full of characters you have to be able to display together!

As far as the others go, many fans want to see the Power Pack so Lightspeed pure money when they do her.

Every thing I said about Northstar can be said about Wiccan and his brother Speed! Even more so being Young Avengers
Speaking of Young Avengers Hulkling son of Captain Marvel would also be a good choice, they are really starting to give us a few Hulk characters (I know he not a Hulk character but he does look like he is) so his chances also are high!


Im not saying these guy will get figures but I don't see any reason for them not to. Its not like they have to broadcast these guys sexuality!

Not sure that the sexuality would be a problem Shell. They did do a box set of the Young Avengers for the Marvel Legends line and they've done an Infinite Heroes and DC Direct figure of Batwoman.


I voted for the Young Avengers team since they've already done a Patriot figure. And Daisy Johnson from the Secret Avengers and Hyperion, Smasher, and Captain Universe. They can do a repaint of the Hyperion with his Squadron Supreme colors.

I actually want none of these...and it's not because I hate change, I have embraced the DC New 52 just fine.

It's because I hate current greedy ass Marvel and their 3.99 priced comics.

Well, I am reading FF, which is 2.99, so I will say my votes are for everybody in that book. Ant-Man, Miss Thing, the Mole guys, Artie, Leech, etc.

Yeah, I'm kinda surprised somebody would want Speed without Wiccan.

I could only pick 3 that I would actually buy, Sunspot, Cannonball and Hyperion. I still follow a few comic lines but I have no idea who the nearly all the rest are. I'd like Smasher but I'd want the original one although after reading some of the new avengers comics the new Smasher did seem pretty cool. I had no idea there are more than one.

Most of my picks were Avengers Academy guys- however I would want them in the Pre-NOW costumes..
