My Thunderbolts pack arrived this morning as I was leaving-- After a first glance have to say the face sculpts on the women are improving leaps and bounds over 2 years-- ago-- Satanna and Moonstone look great-- now to decide if I keep Luke Cage and which Crossbones-- (maybe I sell my BAF one from 2 years ago.)

So I have read over at another forum that we will most likely NOT be getting any of the variants from any of the ML waves shown at SDCC...HUH?? It was stated that if the figure did not have a place card in the display then it was not being released... If that is true...why'd they show them?? I really want to finish my wrecking crew, Add White Phoenix to my modern X-men display and get that new Hawkeye!! Can anyone shed light on these rumors?? I'm hoping beyond hope this person was blowing smoke and did not really talk to a Hasbro rep.

The varients are currently up in the air (inclusing recent ones such as Blade and Dani Moonstar) due to retailer disinterest. They haven't determined how (or if) they will get these out to the masses.
They are "working on it."
And the Wolverine Legends will be a Previews Only exclusive in case you didn't know.

Well it seems logical that Previews would be a great place for Blade, Moonstone, Sentry, Savage She Hulk and Iron Fist but what about current variants as well as future ones like Songbird,

No one knows. Chances of them showing up at retail in "Marvel Legends" shipments at this point are slim to none. Chances of them appearing in some of the movie-focused Legends waves are better, at least for some of them. Future convention exclusives might be another possibility. As for Previews doing another exclusive wave, that'll probably depend on how the Wolverine one sells.

Have they actually solicited the Wolverine wave yet? I don't remember seeing it in the most recent Previews.

I haven't even been looking, to be honest. I've got my preorder on BBTS, and barring anything going wrong, that's all I'll need to keep track of.

Yes, in July. Previews Code# JUL131894.

By the way, I kinda feel like I can guess the answer to this... but what the hey!
Sooooo... out of the two Hawkeye's, I take it that the Classic version with the cowl, and the "H", and the Catwoman type mask is considered "the variant" and therefore not coming? You know... on account that's the one lots of fans wanted the most, and everybody (and their Grandparents) figured made more sense to produce on account of it being so different from the failry recent Jeremy Renner figures.

I'm not sure which one is the variant, but the newer one is the one that I want.

Looks like you lucked out. Mmmm... any chance we'll see a Wave 4 of Iron Man Legends? (Good place for variants if you ask me.)

Almost a week and no activity in the Hasbro forum at all. I can't wait to see some new product show up...
