Now that the new show has been revealed what can we expect in the way of action figures? That new sith under the command of Darth Vader looks pretty cool as he is charged with hunting down the remaing jedi...

I'm sure they will do a new line for Rebels like they did with Clone Wars with it's own unique packaging and everything.

That new Sith I would think is pretty much a given for one of the first figures along with the Stormtroopers, as well as Darth Vader.

In regards to the Rebels too early to say who they'll do. With one of the pictures showing an early X-Wing fighter I would imagine they'd do some Rebel pilots.

I hope so, I haven't bought any Star Wars figures in almost a year due to them cutting the Clone Wars figures at retail and those horrible 5 points of articulation action figures are utter poop!!!

Web, with New York Toy Fair in February I believe, we'll get more info.

I don't buy a lot of Star Wars figures as I used to when they first relaunched the figures back in 90 something but I'm sure with the Rebels show starting next year and the the new Trilogy series that's in development I'm sure more figs are on the way.

Also who knows, on Newsarama they were talking about the fact they are working on some more episodes or something for the conclusion of the Clone Wars so they may still have a few new Clone Wars figures. Just speculation on my part.

They already showed the packaging at NYCC:

I think the major question is whether they go with standard 5 point articulation or continue the super-articulated animated style they ended Clone Wars with. My guess is they do 5-points. It's a kid targeted line, after all.

Eh.
I bet a few fan favorites will make the transition to the collector line.

Yeah I heard they are supposed to have like 4 or 5 more episodes to wrap up the Clone Wars animated series... not happy about that I thought they were orginally gonna move it to Disney XD and renew for a 6th season, oh well I guess this is better than nothing at all...

Canceling Clone Wars and letting go some of the animation staff was one of the first things Disney did. Seems as if they made a clear strategic decision to move away from the prequel era and focus more on the OT to prepare for Episode VII. At least they let Filoni finish whatever episodes they were working on when the ax came down. I'm not expecting much closure though.

Doubt there will be new Clone Wars toys outside of the occasional realistic interpretation. Seems done to me.

Saw the last of the Clone Wars episodes on Netflix, not much closure there... I liked what I saw from toy fair but I really hope they aren't going with the 5 points of articulation that would really be disappointing... the figures look pretty good if they go with less articulation that would make them less appealing to me at least.

Target has been doing their reset in the toy department... they have the pegs labeled but I haven't seen any SW Rebels figures hit just yet, maybe in the next few days, hopefully. Anyone see the figures hit retail yet? Also seen the huge X-Wing fighter only bummer is that the wings don't open and neither does the canopy, it is just a massive ship to either hang from your ceiling or run around your front yard with hehe...

I want to pick up the female mandalorian once they make her.
I'll display her with my death watch display.
