I have had some luck with the Best Offer option (once got a book for $15 when he wanted $20), but I'm with you on some sellers. If you aren't serious about a Best Offer, don't list it.

Teaching Pet Peeve: Kids who wonder why they're failing when:
A) they hasn't passed a test
B) rarely do homework
C) don't bother to make up stuff they missed during their (often far too many) absences

It's called Cause and Effect, kiddos! Your actions (or in many cases inactions) have consequences!

Sorry, we're closing up the 3rd quarter out here and I've been bombarded with this type of thing.

Kids on the extended day run who ignore the bus stop 1 block from their apartments because they think they get curb service.

People who call me wanting something but not showing caller ID information. To me that means you have something to hide, and if you have something to hide, you are crooked, and I don't deal with crooked people, so fix your mistake so I can see who you are or don't call me.

I had to get in on this...

- Music loud enough to shake my floors.
- Inconsiderate neighbors
- Slamming cupboards and doors (unnecessary!)
- Hippies and overly-liberal people
- Churchies and overly-conservative people
- People who push their religion on others
- Texting and the Over-use of cell phones
- Liking things just because they are "Old-School"
- Dubstep (It just isn't music)
- Dodge Neon's made to look like import racers
- All tuner cars (You aren't in the fast and the furious, get over it)
- Reading over my shoulder (Especially when I'm on the computer)
- Smoking
- Drinking to get drunk (It used to be civilized!)
- Not putting disc based media back in it's case
- Obese people who think it's a disability
- People who don't park in the lines
- People who obviously bring too much to an express lane and don't care
- Improper usage of "Ironic"
- Loud, bratty children
- When you step on one little spot of water in your socks and it keeps sticking to your foot...

I have a lot. I will say, I am a bit of a curmudgeon. I could go on, but I won't. :D

My newest pet peeve--- That damn Blu Ray disc loop at Target-- its like theres a sensor at Target that when I walk by that godforsaken Sex in the City 2 clip on the camel has to play about the cell phone service and the screaming-- Every Target ....every time-- and when you do a multiple target run in a day-- that a lot of screeching..

I think one day I may pull a Wal Mart guy -- walk over to the Sporting goods grab a bat and smash that damn thing in...

A year and a 1/2 later-- why and the hell is the damn clip still playing-- everything else has been rotated off the damn TVs-- just this clip still screeching- I swear I can hear it even when I walk in the front door.

WOW, that's still playing at your Target? Something I don't miss about my merchandising days, listening to the constant promos in all of the stores I serviced.
