I went to place an order on Amazon and saw tax and was like WTF.. Then went on the web and saw this.. Looks like PA and CA started Amazon taxes this month here -> http://money.cnn.com/2012/07/18/news...-tax/index.htm

I guess this old news but I totally forgot..

I'm in PA and this is an annoyance. I buy most of my stuff online, due to poor store selection. I noticed that this tax collection does not apply to marketplace orders. So now I order from them whenever possible. I'm helping a little guy too.

They'll start collecting sales tax in February.
