Does Anyone recognize these?

Hey guys. I was cleaning out some old boxes and came across theses two. I though they might be Mask or Dino Riders, but they don't seem to be. Anyone have any ideas?

They look familiar, but I'm drawing a blank... any copyright/manufacturer markings on them anywhere?

actually I couldn't find anything like that on them at all.

At first I thought maybe they were, perhaps, SPIRAL ZONE figures but, no. Are they JAYCE AND THE WHEELED WARRIOR figures?

OH, wait...DINO RIDERS, maybe?

If you didn't have the quarter in their for scale I'd think they were upcoming DCIH.
